אולי התקלהלא מקרית

בשבוע האחרון הרבה תקלות גלישה דרך הוטנט - בעיקר בעיות גלישה לאתרים בארץ ובחו"ל , האם החלו העבודות לחיבור הוטנט עם הכבל של תמרס ופשוט כדי להוריד את הביקורת אומרים שזה "סיב קרוע" ?
