לאחר שביטלה שורה של מופעים בחודש אוקטובר עקב מחלה מסתורית, החלו להתורצץ שמועות שג'נט [42] ובן זוגה ג'רמיין דופרי [36] רוצים להתחתן ולהביא ילד לפני שזה יהיה מאחור מדי. Hollyscoop תפסו שיחה עם ג'רמיין על שטיח אדום באירוע הפתיחה החגיגי של מלון SLS בלוס אנגלס, לדבר על השמועה על ההריון של ג'נט. ג'רמיין טוען שהכל טוב אצל ג'נט, וכאשר אם היא תהיה בהריון כולם ידעו על כך, הוא מבקש להפסיק לבחוש בעניין זה ולתת לזמן לעשות את שלו. לאחרונה אמרה ג'נט למגזין "Sister 2 Sister" שהיא מחכה לזמן המתאים בכדי להיות אמא, "בשלב מסוים זה יגיע.מתי? אין לי מושג."

Two unreleased songs leak onto internet Two previously unreleased Janet songs, "Clap Your Hands" and "What Can I Say," leaked onto the internet last night from an unknown source and are now spreading across the internet. The two tracks are being traded among fans on Janet's online forums. Neither of the two songs had previously been released to the public. While holding a press junket in 2006, Janet revealed that the song "Clap Your Hands" had been recorded for the 20 Y.O. album and at the time did not know if it would make the final album. It is not exactly clear at the present time when "What Can I Say" was recorded. Both songs are believed to have been produced by Rich Harrison, although that also has not been confirmed​
