"I was going through a rough time and I probably wasn't taking care of myself -- I wasn't," the singer/actress said. "I want to encourage young girls to not get to that point." Lohan has been working the past few months to be more healthy and gain weight. But, Lohan said, now that she's doing the right thing, she's ready for the critics to fire up their guns again. "Now they're going to say I am overweight, which is ridiculous," she said. "I don't know what to say to that ... you grow up and you mature."
