this is my scond messag , and i really need help im geting merried this week to an amrican citizen, and i dont know what to do in order to get a working permit . one lawyer told me that i need to pay 500$ for the imagrtion and 1500$ for his work is that true? and i'd be happy to talk to israely students from CLARK university{boston} thank you all

קודם כל, מזל טוב! איפה אתם נישאים? בישראל או כאן בארה"ב? אם כאן בארה"ב, לאחר שהתחתנתם בשעה טובה עליכם להגיש את חבילת I-485 (בקשה להתאמת מעמד לזה של תושב קבע בהסתמך על נישואין, הידועה גם כ-AOS, שבמקביל אליה בעלך צריך להגיש SPOUSE PETITION ובאותה חבילה יש גם בקשה לאישור עבודה). אנחנו כבר עברנו את זה (בעלי ואני), ולמרות שמדובר בתהליך ארוך ומייגע, לפחות היינו זה עם זו בעת ההמתנה.

Legal Fees
In most states you will find that the legal fees for a marriage case(filing I485,I130, I131, I765) will be $1500-$2000. The filing fees for the immigration for all these forms is $665. This includes the fee for each form plus a $50 fingerprints fee. Make sure that it's filed correctly otherwise there might be complications during the interview. Good Luck. if you are legal dond pay to lowyer i did it with pay to any lowyer its take about 2-3 weeks to feel it up its include taxes of your husbend,health,pics and many papers devorce permit of him when every thing done you pay 550$ after 21 days 1 mounth thay will call you to bring you the working permit after 3-4 mounth you will do the finger print dont pay to lowyer if you was legal haval al acesef
