the next one is of ryan and seth watching tv and sandy comes in telling him that trey just gave his testimony and that he said ryan shot him. and he said that the DA will be issuing a warrant for his arrest in a few hours.he asks ryan if there is something that he is not telling him about but he just gets up and goes to the poolhouse saying "what difference does it make?" the next scene is the coopers. you see julie being all happy making breakfast and jimmy says "isn't it too early for champagne." and she says no because they are celebrating. and jimmy asks "why cos marissa's bf is going to jail?" and julie says "no cos marissa isn't." and as she says that you see jimmy being a bit suspicious and he says "don't you think it's a little sudden?, trey wakes up and automatically accuses ryan?" and juile says "sometimes jimmy things just work out." and then jimmy says "even if marissa was blamed for it, she wouldn't go to jail." and julie says that ryan had this coming even before he moved in with the cohens...something like that. and then marissa comes in and and they tell her the news. she doesnt look fine. the next scene is seth and summer watching the poolhouse thinking up ideas of how they could make ryan feel better. summer asks what he likes to eat and wat he likes but seth doesnt know anything, lol. and summer is like "seth he's your bf." haha. and then the doorbell rings and its marissa. she says "where is he?" and seth says he's not in the visiting mood but she just gives him a funny look and storms toward the poolhouse. as they enter they see ryan packing. and seth says "you're not running away" and he says "yes i am, no one is gonna believe me" and marissa says "No you're not, you're sailing and we're coming with you." and then seth says "yes since there are boats involved and that's my tirff" or something like that, lol. and summer says "totally, we all go down together." and ryan says "thanks." then we see charlotte and kirsten talking, having coffee. and charlotte asks how was her visit with her husband. and she asks kirsten if she told sandy about her going home. and kirsten says that she is worrying about going back and not being ready and says "i'm not going back until i know i'm never going to let them down again." scene ends. then we see sandy come in the poolhouse and it's empty. and the doorbell rings, its the cops. they say they are looking for Ryan and he says you are a bit late. then we see julie on the fone saying "nope they aren't here either." and jimmy comes in asking what's wrong and she julie says that the cops are at sandy's but the kids are gone. so then you see jimmy with a look on his face (like he knew where they were). anyway the next scene is of the foursome getting ready to leave and summer asks " you don't think your dad will miss the boat" and she says "he of all ppl will understand" and then ryan says "if you guys wanna back down then its fine" and seth says "are you kidding this is a great excuse to miss skool" lmfao. and that's when the cops drive up to the boat before they could ever leave. the next scene is of ryan coming in to see sandy in jail. and sandy tells him that "for someone who is innocent you sure did yourself good." and ryan told him that he knows he doesn't have a chance and that he knows how the cops and everyone is looking at him. and then sandy says that trey might still change his mind and ryan asks "how is that gonna happen.
