this one is more of a saying then a proverb but i like it. kanji-心如水 romaji-kokoro mizu (no) gotoshi. in english- heart like water. meaning-a pure heart. *in this one the way to say it is different from the way it is writen. the direct reading will be-kokoro gotoshi mizu but the correct way to say it is like i wrote above. why it is like that i don't know. *the no is in parentheses because it is not actually writen but being said only. 心-kokoro-heart 如igotoshi-such as, like 水-mizu-water
