Info requested on returning status

Shalom everyone, I am a 24 year old Israeli-British citizen who left Israel at the age of 9 and am now planning on returning in the very near future. I am looking for any information on the Returning Resident - תושב חוזר status that I seem to fall into? Anyone in this boat with advice? Thanks in advance... Kobi.

you can find more info on the "Misrad Haklita" web site - they also have a booklet called "כמה טוב שבאת הביתה" you can get it from their site or from the Israeli counsulate near you. www.moia.gov.il you might also find stuff for you at the customs site - www.mof.gov.il/customs
