Ktina Chozeret, again...
Hello, I did aliya five years ago after finishing an exchange program in Israel. I was a ktina chozeret, and thus able to do my Masters for free. Also, I received all of the benefits that an oleh chadash would get, and used them to purchase car, and other electronics. I lived in Israel for four years, and used most of my rights. I moved back to the US last year, and now, I want to move back to Israel. Can I use any more of my rights that were left over? Also, do you know how I can find other Americans/Canadians that are also half Israeli in Israel? I remember when I lived in Israel it was hard to find other people that shared the same cultural background, and were "trapped" in a sense between both worlds. I am married to an Israeli and we have a son together (I am 27), and so I feel it would be best for us to live in Israel. However, it would be nice to meet other people like me that I can befriend. Any help is appreciated.
