San Francisco office is wonderful

If anyone knows where I can file a formal complaint about a person working in that office, I would appreciate it. I don't know if there is an umbrella organization? For great assistance, go to Nefesh b'Nefesh website. I emailed the Phoenix Aliya office, asking them if I could work with them (my city does not have an Aliyah office), & to open a file for me. They referred me on, and I found out about the San Francisco office. They were not on the NBN list, but their contact information is below. They are wonderful: professional, friendly, helpful, and organized. LA Aliyah center?

Does anyone know what's going on with the phone number there? I have 323-658-7301, but it just keeps ringing. Also, the emails I've sent to the shlicha keep bouncing back.

The email I have that has worked is: [email protected] I know that the center moved recently, although it was hard to figure out. They did change the phone number, but I don't have the new one on me. I will try to post it tomorrow.
