Making ALIYAH

Hello, I am 44 years old got a Computers Sciences Engineering Diploma and three Law degrees (Spanish and 2 French). I have my own Law Firm in Spain and I am working in Latin America right now trying to set up a services company for internet access in public areas (hotels, venues...). I am thinking of Aliyah. Any one has any ideas on how it could be done, what I could do there, is it feaseable.... Thanks.
