Masters and Aliyah

I am planning to make aliyah in the next year or two. I'm now a 3rd year undergrad, so am planning to do a masters afterwards. Has anyone got any info on the ease of doing this soon after aliyah, being sponsored by the state? Also I think I should do one here in the uk instead - since Israel has better things to spend money on than me furthering education. Any thoughts would be helpful! Jonny
