what is happening? i sent you an e-mail along time ago and not even an aknowlegment of it being received...

Hi

Hi I have tried to learn some more details: From the records it seems like you got an answer from the ministry of interior in Israel – to return to Russia and make aliyah from there. You probably do not have a Canadian passport – if you apply for a Russian passport you might get one but only for going to Russia – in the file – there are no documentation at all, have you started the Aliyah procedure with the Toronto Shalich?

Yes!... I applied in 2002 and this

thing has been going on since then back and forth... I have no citizenship anywhere, not in Canada not in Russia and that is why "retutning" there is not possible. I cannot apply for a Russian passport! The Toronto office has all my identification documents,copyof my father's birth certifiate, copy of my criminal record, etc. It appears that the Shalich I have been dealing with all this time, has been recalled back and there is someone else there who is not familiar with my case too well. What should I do?
