Do you mean: London Ohio, London Arizona, London California or London Oregon? At any rate "outlets" are a truly American concept and I'm afraid you'll have to cross the pond for one.
The Galeria, a shopping centre in Hatfield, (on the A1 road, North of London) call themself outlet centre. Some shops are cheaper than normal, some seems the same to me. mamma1
