if u consider petach tikva to be part of metro tel aviv them u will like this, and i have seem u haven't talked about this yet A plan covering an area of approximately 1,500 dunams for the Israel Lands Administration through Mivnei Taasiya (Industrial Buildings Corp,) in full coordination with the City of Petah Tikva, intended for industry, businesses (including offices), transportation centers (railway + buses), a municipal sports center, and similar uses. in the new petach tikva business zone they will be around 31 towers, plus a new state of the art soccer stadium and other thingies, in the area where the actual petach tikva stadium is, its gonna be tear down and they will built also around 4-5 more towers there!!!!
