Polish traveler missing in India - Request for help

Help me please. My friend's son - Bruno, were missing in India, we have no contact with him since 8 of September. His father is in India now, he met people who were seen Bruno with two girl from Israel. We don't know if this girls still are in India, they may be back home now, so we are looking for ways to contact with people from Israel who were/are traveling in India since 1.September till now. that most Israelis are no longer here in the north due to the cold weather most went to Rajastan-Pushkar, Rishikesh and south to Goa and other places
