רואים בגוגל מה זה אבל לא כל כך מוצאים מונח בעברית...

מצאתי בגוגל: לא נראה לי שזה קיים בישראל אבל כנראה מאד מקובל בפיליפינים ועוד מדינות. נראה לי שצריך להמציא לזה מונח.... תעודת זהות המונפקת על ידי הדואר, תעודת זהות "פוסטאלית"...
