Returning Resident Rights
Hi, My wife and I made aliyah 9 years ago and lived in Israel for about 6 years. We have now been put the country for 3 yeasrs except for a 3 week visit last year. Would we be entitled to any rights and what does the process involve. In particular I would like to know about shipping rights - We never used any of these rights before- we are also returning with our 3 month old daughter. Thanks for any feedback.
