A mixed couple; non-Jewish wife married to an Israeli! assuming her stay permit is granted & extended past the first 3 months - by Ministry of Interior, will she have health coverage rights in Israel - being a resident (not citizen)? Is she allowed to work? Naturally as a non-immigrant, she is not entitled to the usuall benefits including free Ulpan! Can anyone recommand a good Ulpan in Tel-Aviv plus approx. cost for a 6 months tour? Thank you
