work permit maybe?

Any chance of her asking & getting a work permit? considering that she does have an israeli passport, even without getting an ID? THANKS

some Questions..

An American Citizen, who has an Israeli passport, is in israel for the next 6 months. She wants to get a job - can she? She's thinking about doing alliyah but doesn't want to take an ID out unless she's certain about it.... & If she does, would she be considered an Olah with all the rights that go along with it? THANKS
