sponsorship and OPT in the U.S- a question
Hey there, I'm a student, about to enter my OPT (Optional Professional Training) soon. My question is the following- Say I get a job in a field non related to what I've studied here (say I work at a Jewish organization of a sort), would I be able to be sponsored by them once the OPT is over (after a year) ? Does the sponsorship (and hence the job I'm doing) have to be in the field of my studies? I'd appreciate your help on this, Thanks
