is it IE on XP ? is the XP get the latest patch ? some using google chrome ?
is it public site ? if yes can you test it using : https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html
and past back everting from the "config " part (its the 3th one)
most likly you get bad protocols setup or you not supporting the windows XP defulte ssl protocols
