Studying Urban Sociology

Hello Currently I am studying societyplanning with sociology mayor. As the education system is different in Sweden I recive a "Fil. Kand" as an exam after 3yrs of study. I am interested if anyone knows if I could convert this education and study for a master in Urban sociology in Israel. What Universitys are good and how can I apply? What is my exam (that I will recive this spring) worth? Sincerecly Michael
