Tofes Yarok -- driving...
I started driving lessons... i took maybe only 5 or 6 lessons and eventually got the Tofes Yaropk approved. right now i don't have patience or money to go back to it.... If when i to go back to it will i have a problem with the tofes? could it expire? would i need to get a new one or what? also is that piece of paper good for driving abroad as a learner or not? and what about in Israel? you could only drive wih an instructur and no one else correct?
