we just got to NY to stay for at least few years to howm(ISRAELY) in NY or in israel i need to notify that i'm living in NY now so TZAHAL wont sent me TZAVI MILUIM ??? i just want to be sure that next time i coming to israel for a visit i will be able to leave ... the maharaja & his mispelpeling

Notifying IDF

The procedure now is that when you leave Israel, the border police's computers automatically notify the IDF computers you left Israel, and also when you come back, so you are not invited to miluim.1 In case there is no entry back, in one year your name will be removed from your unit to the "abroad unit". Just to be on the safe side - notify your "kzinat Kishur", and make sure you have a paper to prove it!1 Doron
