Urgent Question - Airport Procedure

Hey, I'm making aliyah in a week, and I have a really important question that no one seems to know the answer to. When you get to the airport, you have to go from passport control straight to the Misrad haKlita that is in Terminal 3 in Ben-Gurion Airport. My question is, my flight arrives at 3.00 AM - will the office be open then? Or will I have to wait there for like 5 hours in the airport. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

The mizrad klitah will be open regardless when you arrive. Even 3 am. But be prepared for a long wait anyways. It doesnt operate pn a first come first serve basis!! (bring a good book)
