(VISA CHOICE ADVISE (experienced advise only

I previously applied for a tourist visa (sub class 600) to come to Australia and visit my Australian girlfriend. They issued me the visa but they put an 8503 restriction on it (no further stay). When I was in Australia we got married and then I went back to Israel. I am going to be studying in Israel for the next 2 years at university, but during all my holidays and study breaks I want to come and visit my wife in Australia. Can anyone advise what the best visa to apply for is?
We do not want to apply for a partner visa at this time because that means I cannot go back to Australia for 12 months while the visa is being processed and I want to go back as soon as possible to see her. We were advised to apply for another tourist visa, but the family sponsored stream this time and ask the government not to put the 8503 (no further stay) restriction on it. That way I can come back and forth from Israel to Australia during the next 2 years.
Can someone please help? What visa should we apply for to be able to see each other as soon as possible and not get the 8503 restriction?

Re:

What 8503 have to do with your need and want to visit Australia. It only mean that you cannot apply for another visa while you are in Australia. What is wrong with applying for tourist visa (sponsored or not) , showing evidence that you are married and you wish to visit your wife. You can ask for multiple entry visa and they may grant your wish if they feel comfortable with your application. In the end of the day they like you to apply for any other visa (incl. partner visa) while you are in Israel and that is the only reason that 8503 is attached. I am realy not clear what 8503 have to do with your wish to visit multiple times.
Furthermore, who told you that you cannot visit Australia on a tourist visa while a partner visa in process. In theory it is possible as long as immigration is satisfy with your application, etc. They may refuse such application if they are concern or not certain about the relationship, but I am aware of few peole who got a tourist visas approved while their partner migration application was still in process..

This is not a formal advise about tourist visa, it is only a common sense approach combine with a bit of knowledge and experience. Travel agents have more experience with tourist visas than I do, so keep it in mind
.
The comments above are general in nature and you should seek formal advise concerning your particular case (if needed).
