Apparently, Skype is easier, and free to download; if you and your relatives or whoever you're calling both have the program and have a microphone on your computer, i would download that instead of VOIP, first. -J

Anyone have friends/family in Israel using Voice Over IP? It's internet phone, and you have have a US area code so people can call you and it's not long distance. Just wondering what the reviews are. How expensive is VOIP in Israel?
