Windows networking, Please help.
hey, i got a 2 computers network at home connected to a HUB device. To the same HUB device i got a cable modem connected as well, and both computers get internet access (2 diffrent ip`s). When i transfer files between computers the transfers are slow.. i guess they are working on TCP/IP protocol and not on the IPX protocol i want then to work on. I tried to set the IPX protocol as default one and try to check-out the TCP/IP protocol from the bindings section on the ``file and printer sharing`` BUT, nothing is working .. and it`s still slow.. When i tranfer something, i can see the cable modem is working (little light spot on the modem). Someone knows how can i fix this issue ? please help me because i am really out of ideas. Thanks, Tizmi.
