כמעט כל המידע לעניין תיור משום מה עוסק רק בטיסות, ומידע על מצב במעברי גבול יבשתיים וימיים דל עד כמעט לא קיים כאילו שכל מה שתייר אי פעם עושה זה תמיד לעבור דרך ארצו (סוג של לנסוע מתל אביב לרמת גן דרך חדרה), דבר שלא תמיד מתאפשר כי למשל למרות שנניח ברזיל פתוחה לכולם והוסרו כל הגבלות הקורונה, לשם אפשר להגיע רק עם החלפהקראתי בהנאה רבה. לצערי רק לי יש דרכון ארופאי ובעלי סתם ישראליאז אין סיכוי שנוכל לנסוע ביחד להנות מונציה ללא תיירים.
אני משערת לעצמי שעוד מקומות מתויירים רבים נמצאים באותו מצב של קרוב לאפס תיירים. מצד אחד זה כיף עצום מצד שני ענף התיירות גוסס במקומות רבים.

- residents of Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, Rwanda, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay who have not transited through or have been in Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Rep., Kosovo (Rep.), Kuwait, Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, North Macedonia (Rep.), Oman, Panama, Peru or Serbia in the past 14 days;
- passengers traveling on business;
- passengers returning via Italy to their country of residence;
- students.
2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Rep., Kuwait, Moldova (Rep.), North Macedonia (Rep.), Oman, Panama or Peru in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and EEA Member States who were residing in Italy before 9 July 2020;
- British nationals who were residing in Italy before 9 July 2020;
- family members of British nationals and of nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and EEA Member States who were residing in Italy before 9 July 2020;
- military personnel traveling on duty.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Kosovo (Rep.), Montenegro or Serbia in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and EEA Member State who were residing in Italy before 16 July 2020;
- British nationals who were residing in Italy before 16 July 2020;
- family members of British nationals and of nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and EEA Member States who were residing in Italy before 16 July 2020;
- military personnel traveling on duty.
4. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Croatia, Greece, Malta or Spain in the past 14 days:
- must present to the carrier, before departure, a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result, issued at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- take a Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival or within 48 hours from arrival at a Local Health Authority (ASL).

11. Flights from Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Rep., Kosovo (Rep.), Kuwait, Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, North Macedonia (Rep.), Oman, Panama, Peru and Serbia are suspended.
12. Residence permits issued by Italy which have expired between 31 January and 31 July 2020, are considered valid until 31 August 2020.
