you're mistaken here I'm afraid
Leben did definitely NOT get pulled over for yet another DUI a month before his fight, the story is completely different. What happened was that Leben needed a working visa for the PPV in England, and the rules there wouldn't allow him to accquire the visa while still having a court order against him in the states. That is why he turned himself in, in order to make things right and move on. Unfortunately, the judge decided to make an example of Chris, and sent him to jail, for a period of time which obviously would interfere with the PPV. He'd be out of jail 12 days before the PPV, if I recall correctly. Certainly not enough time to face a fighter at the caliber of Bisping, even if I do believe Chris had a really good chance of taking this fight. So yeah, basically he did get screwed because of something he himself has done years before, but saying he hasn't changed since the jolly TUF1 days is not accurate.
