Lohan's car's airbags were put to use as both Lohan and her female passenger fled the car. "They jumped out so fast I believe they left her bag in her car," Recano said. Lohan, her friend, and the male driver of the van were all taken to the hospital; Lohan was released that same night. "Miss Lohan and her female passenger were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries," a West Hollywood police report indicated. "The male driver of the Astro van suffered moderate injuries and was also transported by ambulance to a local hospital."
