The Liberals & the Conservatives

When the office of my Liberal MP called me to ask if they can continue to count on my support, I said that in view of what I have been subjected to these past few months, I have come to realize that the only difference between the Liberals and the Conservatives is that the Conservatives don't pretend to care about ordinary people.

They said that they were sorry about what has happened - I responded that "sorry" doesn't cut it, and that Canadians need to know that they cannot count on their elected officials to be there for them, not even when those high-profile elected officials know them.
