אני עובד בחברת היי-טק קטנה, ועידכנו לי עכשיו את חוזה העבודה, והתווסף אליו הסעיף הבא שלא היה שם קודם (החוזה באנגלית במקור): "The Employee and/or his family members shall not, directly or indirectly, including through any corporation, receive any benefit, advantage or interest of any kind from a third party in connection to or as a result of the employment of the Employee in the Company. In the event the Employee shall violate this Section, he will be considered in fundamental breach of this agreement and as resigning from his office. Furthermore, any such benefit or sum, as mentioned here, shall be considered the Company’s, and the Company shall have the right, without derogating any of the remedies the Company is entitled to under the law, to deduct the sum from any amount, if any, which is due to the Employee." למרות שיש לי אנגלית טובה לא ממש הבנתי למה התכוון המשורר, וגם מה שכן איכשהו הבנתי לא נשמע לי טוב - מישהו מוכן להסביר לי בבקשה במה מדובר, ואם זה הגיוני או שלדרוש שיבטלו אותו? תודה מראש, ארז

כעובד אתה מתחייב שאתה ובני משפחתך

כעובד אתה מתחייב שאתה ובני משפחתך
לא תקבלו שום טובת הנאה שתינתן לך מגורם שלישי בשל עבודתך בחברה הנ"ל. במידה ותקבל טובה כזו או אחרת יחשב הדבר להפרה של החוזה ביניכם וזה יחשב כהתפטרות מצידך. ואם קיבלת סכום כסף כלשהו הסכום יזקף לטובת החברה ויקוזז ממך. נראה לי הגיוני שידרשו ממך נאמנות לחברה והתחייבות על אי קבלת שוחד.
