hi i`m sorry it`s took me so lonk ,i had some problem my self .... any way ..i still miss some tetails , i had the same problem so i suguest you the flowwing, or you can try untill waitting few moments `till the gage load uo .or you`r computer is missing an aplication in this case you can go to `www.microsoft.com and upload you`r system (it`s essuy to do) don`t worry they will detemine you`r system authomaticlly. i hope i`m beeing helpfull for you see ya gal
