Known in public

hi. I have a girlfriend living here in Tel Aviv. And we wish to be "known in public" where can I find more information on this. She is jewish, I am not. I am here on a tourist visa. Can we be known in public without being married? Like a defacto relationship in other countries? Any advice anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
