והנה דעתו של בריאן מהישרדות 11: Oh, AWESOME. That was beautiful. You just know Jaime was sitting on the jury all "At least I PLAYED my false idol." Haha, I love it. There is probably nothing I love more on Survivor than a good blindside. Leann, Gregg, Judd, Edgardo... those are some good times right there. And this was no exception. I am finding myself loving Amanda and I am thrilled to see her take action and execute a really intelligent strategy. I was wondering why everyone was so keen on letting James steamroll his way into the finals. Nicely done, Amanda, and I hope you keep going strong. Actually, though, speaking of James's "steamrolling," has anyone else noticed that he... kind of sucked in challenges? I mean, yes, he was an enormous help in the tribe challenges involving brute force, but his individual record is worse than, oh, Courtney's. And Peih-Gee's. And Erik's. And Frosti's. I mean, he literally scored the same as Courtney in that star-throwing challenge. As far as I'm concerned, James is yet another example that "immunity threat" is not synonymous with "huge hulking dude" (see also: Rafe, Kelly Wiglesworth, Yau-Man, Darrah, Jenna Morasca, and Kim Johnson, all of whom won multiple individual challenges... but, uh, don't look at Colby, Terry, Tom, or Ozzy, because that will completely undermine my point). So now that James is out, what happens to his two idols? Do they go back into play this late in the game? What happened with Yau-Man's in Fiji? I know Alex's went back, and Earl found it, but will the producers really put TWO idols back into play on Day 31 with six people left? Also, what would have happened if James had played the idol, leaving one vote for Todd and one for PG? Questions, people! I have questions! Okay, that's all for now, but I need to rewatch that episode. Good times.
