לגבי האילומינטוס -

קניתי את הספרים בהתלהבות רבה, כי זה בדיוק התכנים שאני אוהבת (את המטוטלת של פוקו קראתי עד היום הרבה יותר מעשר פעמים - כן, כל השבע מאות ומשהו עמודים של מידע דחוס שיש בו - ונורא נהניתי), וניסיתי לקרוא את הספר הראשון בערך שלוש פעמים, וכל פעם נתקעתי. לא מצליחה לעכל את זה. מאז הוא יושב ומחכה שאני אתפוס את היום של מוח צלול וסבלנות עודפת שאני מחכה כבר המון זמן שיגיע...

אני צלחתי

אותם במהירות. לא קראתי אותם באנגלית, כך שקשה לי להעיד על איכות התרגום אבל נהנתי *מאד*. התיאור שלך היה דומה מאד למה שחוויתי. אולי אחד מספרי הקריאה הבודדים שגרם לי למשבר פילוסופי ובסופו של דבר לתפיסה אחרת של העולם (ולא, לא בגלל הקונספירציות. פנורד).

I translated another paragraph, and funnily enough, people started coming up with questions and bits of information concerning other parts of the chapter (lions, occult groups...). So, To make a longish story shortish, I thought I might provide a service to society, before it all crumbles upon itself, translate the whole chapter and publish it in the Sci-Fi forum´s archive. I´m excited about it. I hope you are too, as currently I have no other currency by which to return your favor. I´d like to add that I´m a proffesional (albeit fresh) translator, and a few months ago I translated the first-ever Hebrew version of VALIS, by PKD. I´d be immensly glad if you deem me fit for future co-operation. May the Sun of Rightousness shine upon your Blessed Path, or something.
