Surprisingly it seems that we agree on three things: One is that the economy is not in a very good shape (we may differ in how bad), second that Abbott (with Hockey in particular) needs to go and third that the overall housing market current level is not sustainable and due to some correction (again we differ on when it will happen and the level of this correction in particular the the inner city) - I have to add :unless something good will happen in relation to point 1 & 2

You seems to avoid answering questions

I did not try to argue or pursue you to change your mind, all I asked is for sources of information and you constantly seems to avoid it which raise the question of reliability There is no right and wrong in economics and the Australian economy in the last 15+ years are the perfect example of it.
Sometimes I am tempted to send a letter to my university and ask for refund as all those beautiful theories that I learned while at university seems to be completely out of whack when looking at the way the Australian economy has been performing since 2001.
In all you may be right after all, but personaly I believe and hope that you will be proven wrong - time will tell.
