מקפליי בודקים את המשחק Rock Band.
הסרטון למי שרוצה הנה חלק מהכתבה: For anyone who has ever fantasised about being the next Led Zeppelin but couldn’t be bothered putting in the effort, a new computer game could make your dreams come true. Rock Band, now on sale in the UK, is for up to four chums — one on vocals, two on guitar and one on drums. The Sun got the lads from McFly to see if it was anywhere near as good as being in a real band. The lads dived straight into Hysteria by Muse and were pretty soon hooked. Guitarist and singer Danny Jones said: “I love it, I can see myself getting addicted. It isn’t the same as playing an instrument but it could definitely teach people a thing or two about rhythm. It’s really clever the way it works. Kids these days have got the best games. I got addicted to Guitar Hero and completed it so I’m going to do the same with this one. " Singer Tom Fletcher agreed. “I love this game. It’s as much fun as being in a real band. In fact, I reckon we’re going to do our gigs on this now, so just expect a giant screen from now on at our shows and us standing around an Xbox. They should make the guitars disposable so you can smash them at the end of the set.” Then they tried to crank the settings up to 11 on The Clash’s Should I Stay Or Should I Go and got booed off stage in seconds by the demanding virtual audience. Drummer Harry Judd said: “It’s hard, even for us. The temptation is to play the instruments as if they are real but they don’t work the same. It’s epic, amazing. I can only do it on easy. It could definitely get people into rock music.” And bassist Dougie Poynter added: “It’s a great introduction to music. They’ve put some real classic tracks on it.” והנה הכתבה המלאה ב The Sun
